Miss Finishing Equipment

This is the catch-all area for a lot of important printing equipment that does a job after the presses are finished with them. We do have stitchers, perfect binders, and roll collators in their own sections. What we have here are folders, inserters, paper cutters, sheet collators, web finishing lines, and finally stackers. We have all the common brands such as Baumfolder, MBO, Stahl, Polar, Pitney Bowes, Challenge, Lawson, Adast, Bourg, Gavehren, Hunkeler, and Rima. We have a number of other brands, so please just look down our list. Pitney Bowes 7 Series 9 station, 9x12 capable machine. The nine stations are standard stations (i.e. no inline folder). It has a split drive, meaning if a jam occurs the system picks up where it left off without having to cycle through once. The machine is software driven and controlled via touch screens. The screen also indicates where a jam has occurred. It was purchased in 1997 and has only about 4,000,000 inserts on it. It was on a PB service contract until we stopped using it.
